Landlady and Landlord Liz and Tony Fayers of the Rose and Crown in Bury St Edmunds, a regular meeting place for branch meetings and the current Branch Pub of The Year and Suffolk Pub of The Year, have leased the pub on the corner of Whiting Street and Westgate Street from Greene King since 1986. Members of West Suffolk and Borders CAMRA wish them a long and happy retirement.
